Returns and Refunds

Effective Date: 26 July 2023

We stand behind all of our products here at Delta Time (Pty) Ltd. If you have received a damaged or defective product directly from us, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags still attached, from a smoke-free environment and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as a photo of the item.

We are unable to accept any personalized, Custom Import or sale products for refund or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we will organise for collection. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Return shipping costs amount to a flat rate of R149.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Please email us at support@deltatime.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Warranty claims, repairs, battery changes and pressure testing for Casio watches
For all Casio watch warranty claims, repairs, battery changes, and pressure testing, please contact us on 068 857 6393 or alternatively email support@deltatime.co.za. Our authorized service centre will thoroughly assess your watch and we will provide you with a detailed quote for the necessary services. Your satisfaction and the longevity of your Casio watch are our top priority. Skilled technicians are dedicated to ensuring your Casio watch's optimal performance and durability.

All Casio watch returns will undergo a strict authentication process through our trusted supplier to guarantee the authenticity of the product and confirm that it has not been tampered with in any manner. This meticulous procedure ensures that we maintain the highest standards of quality and integrity in our offerings. In the event that your Casio watch fails the authentication process, you will be notified via email and no work will be done on your Casio watch. Should you require the watch to be returned to you, it will be at your expense (R149 for courier).

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, custom import products or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch with us at support@deltatime.co.za

Shipping

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

A third-party courier company (The Courier Guy) will be responsible for the shipping and delivery of your order.

We offer various shipping options:

  • In stock products - By courier delivered in 2 to 5 business days
  • Custom Import products - By courier delivered in 10 to 15 business days
  • Free shipping on all orders

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith however, these are estimates. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.   1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes: We offer shipping services within South Africa only. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery timeframes are based on the delivery location. Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or delays by the shipping carrier.
  2. Order Processing and Tracking: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and dispatch your products for shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package. Please allow between 2 and 5 business days for order processing and fulfilment. Custom Import orders will take slightly longer - between 10 and 15 business days.
  3. Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of purchase. We will not be held liable for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
  4. Delivery Attempts: The shipping carrier will attempt to deliver your package to the specified address. If the carrier is unable to complete the delivery on the first attempt, they may make subsequent delivery attempts or hold the package at a local collection point. It is your responsibility to arrange for timely collection or re-delivery with the carrier.
  5. Acceptance of Package: Upon delivery, it is essential to inspect the package for any visible signs of damage or tampering. If you notice any such issues, please refuse delivery and immediately notify our customer support team at support@deltatime.co.za. If you accept the package, it will be deemed as received in good condition, and any subsequent damage claims may not be accepted.

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions or prohibitions based on their nature, destination, or other factors. We reserve the right to cancel orders for restricted items or destinations. Returns of Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you or failure to arrange for collection or re-delivery, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. If we are unable to reach you we may refund the order total minus the any additional return shipping charges.

Gift Cards

Effective date: 4 March 2024

  • Gift Cards operate on a running balance.
  • Gifts Cards do not expire until the full value thereof has been redeemed or 3 years after the date on which it was issued.
  • The Gift Card is restricted to online purchases only.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.
  • Each Gift Card purchased through our website will be sent via electronic means to the email address specified at the time of order. Kindly ensure that the email address you have specified is entered correctly as we can not be held responsible if the recipient's email address is entered incorrectly.
  • Gift Cards include unique codes and may not be tampered with.
  • Any tampering invalidates the gift card.
  • You will not be charged transaction fees for using the Gift Card on our website and you will not be paid interest on funds on the Gift Card.
  • Gift Cards may be used for purchases of a higher value, upon payment of the difference at checkout.
